Daniel is a development practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in communications and social programming. In 2023, he played a pioneering role in establishing Malawi's first six Community Foundations, laying the foundation for community philanthropy in the country, a contribution recognised through the Allan and Nesta Ferguson award. He later represented Malawi in a Digital Skills Upskilling Programme for African Youths run by the United Nations Institute of Training and Research. In 2025, he became the first Malawian to receive the prestigious Elevate Africa Fellowship, joining changemakers from 15 other African countries. Daniel holds a Master's degree in International Development from the University of East Anglia (UK) and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Malawi.

Simon is a communication professional with seven years of experience in communications training and impact storytelling for local and international organisations. He has provided support for grassroots development projects, programming, and communication initiatives to community projects across Malawi, Rwanda, Nigeria, and Ghana. He has also been involved in supporting evidence-informed policy advocacy across Malawi and the African continent. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Cultural Studies from the University of Malawi.
